Wrote, produced and directed his first independent film entitled "A day in the life of an alpine hero" in the late 70’s. He has painted and sold hundreds of pieces of art. Currently featured at Djuna in Cherry Creek, Mr. Beckley works almost exclusively on commission basis. He has pieces hanging in fine homes in London, South and North Carolina and Colorado. His current work involves a painting homage of six paintings of the deceased Henri Corbusier. It is a commission for a recording artist and fan of Corbusier in Los Angles. Mr. Beckley is completing his 2nd novel entitled Roger Steele and hopes to publish it in Spring 2005.
