Master planned multiple ski, golf and Lake Communities, in Vail, Beaver Creek, Chile, Scotland, Steamboat Springs and British Columbia. Did assessment and operational feasibility studies for potential purchasers in British Columbia, Scotland, Chile, Colorado and New Mexico. Currently working on a master plan for a totally energy self sufficient community in Spain. Master planned the United States' largest and most comprehensive garden, fusing technology, art and flora which is being submitted to the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Titled ‘Garden Gates" it will be designed as a destination resort for enjoyment and education. Designed and constructed hiking and biking trails for Vail/Beaver Creek. One trail entitled the "Five senses" hike enabled the hiker to visit 5 sights representing the 5 senses and experience all senses. It was the recipient of the United States Forest Service award for most creative hiking trail.
